Please book this camp only if your child is in receipt of Benefits-Related Free School Meals. If you are enrolled in this scheme, you are entitled to a free, four-hour session at one of our Holiday Camps with a lunch included. Please note you may only book either an AM or PM slot per day, not both. This does not include children who receive the Universal Infant Free School Meal Provision. Munchkin Sports Camps offer a wide variety of sports and activities sure to keep your children not only entertained, but learning lots of new skills too. Every day the children will have brand new experiences, make lots of new friends and of course have lots and lots of fun. Throughout the camp children get to play a range of sports including Rugby, Football, Athletics, Netball, Basketball, Tennis, Cricket, Dance and more. We also do lots of arts and crafts, which the children love! We do this not only because it’s fun, but also because it’s important that children rest in-between the sports.

FOOD & DRINK
A free nutritious packed lunch will be provided within the day. A water bottle is very handy as the Munchkins can fill up from the drinking fountains throughout the day.
Please note to safeguard children with allergies we have a NO NUT policy.
ALLERGIES OR SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
Please let us know if your child has any allergies or any other special requirements that we should be made aware of. All information given will be treated with the strictest confidence.
CLOTHING
Please ensure that your Munchkin wears clothes that he/she feels most comfortable in, that they can run around in easily and that you don’t mind getting dirty! Please also pack a spare set of clothes and something warm just in case the weather takes a turn for the worse.
PHOTOS & VIDEOS
We would like to take photographs and videos of the camps for our website and potentially promotional material. Please let one of the team know if you would prefer your Munchkin not to be photographed.

Please let us know of any changes to mobile numbers or email addresses asap so that we know we can get hold of you easily if needs be. Please also let us know if someone other than yourself and/or the child’s parents will be dropping off/picking up each day, any unauthorised person/persons will not be permitted to pick up your child.
