Please book this camp ONLY if your child is in receipt of Benefits-Related Free School Meals and you are a resident in the London Borough of Bromley. This scheme is funded by the Department for Education. Munchkin Sports Camps offer a wide variety of sports and activities sure to keep your children not only entertained, but learning lots of new skills too. Every day the children will have brand new experiences, make lots of new friends and of course have lots and lots of fun. Throughout the camp children get to play a range of sports including Rugby, Football, Athletics, Netball, Basketball, Tennis, Cricket, Dance and more. We also do lots of arts and crafts, which the children love! We do this not only because it’s fun, but also because it’s important that children rest in-between the sports.
Camp notes
PLEASE NOTE: For the 2023-24 school year, this camp will only accept children who are currently on roll in mainstream primary education from Reception - Year 6 (dates of birth between 31/08/2019 and 31/08/2013).
Bookings close online at 12pm each day for the following day. If trying to book after 12pm please contact the office to see if there are any spaces.
FOOD & DRINK
A free nutritious lunch and morning snack will be provided within the day. A water bottle is very handy as the children can fill up from the drinking fountains throughout the day.
Please note to safeguard children with allergies we have a NO NUT policy.
ALLERGIES OR SPECIAL DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
Please ensure let us know if your child has any allergies or any other special dietary requirements that we should be made aware of. All information given will be treated with the strictest confidence.
CLOTHING
Please ensure that your child wears clothes that he/she feels most comfortable in, that they can run around in easily and that you don’t mind getting dirty! Please also pack a spare set of clothes and something warm just in case the weather takes a turn for the worse.
PHOTOS & VIDEOS
We would like to take photographs and videos of the camps for our website and potentially promotional material. Please let one of the team know if you would prefer your Munchkin not to be photographed.

Please let us know of any changes to mobile numbers or email addresses asap so that we know we can get hold of you easily if needs be. Please also let us know if someone other than yourself and/or the child’s parents will be dropping off/picking up each day, any unauthorised person/persons will not be permitted to pick up your child.
